That link is meant to be opened on the phone Statlet is installed on. When it is, Android hands it straight to the app and there is nothing to type.
If you are reading this page, that did not happen — which is normal in three cases, and none of them is a problem:
- you opened the mail on a computer, or on a phone without Statlet;
- Statlet is installed but Android has not yet verified that this site and the app belong together, which it does in the background after an install;
- the link is older than fifteen minutes, or a newer code has been asked for since.
What to do instead
Open the same email on the device with Statlet on it, or type the six-digit code — it is in the subject line of that message, so you do not have to open it at all. In the app: Info → Support Statlet → Your name in the list.
If the code is refused, ask for a new one from the same screen. Each request retires the one before it, so it is always the most recent mail that works.
The part of the link after the # never leaves your browser: a
fragment is not sent to a server, so it appears in no log here or anywhere in between. This
page does nothing with it.
